With almost 10 years experience in strategy, marketing and communication, he works as an advisor and project manager for different types of organizations in the private and public domain. By applying different (co-)design (thinking) methods he aims to unlock potential, innovation, and creative equity in organizations and teams. Furthermore, he knows how to connect, motivate and engage the right stakeholders in projects to create sustainable success.
Jim Steenbakkers (MSc.), also teaches as a university lecturer at the Technical University of Eindhoven, as a responsible lecturer for courses such as ‘Qualitative Marketing – User research and Marketing Methods’ and ‘Innovating by Design’. Interested in people and processes: he also conducts research on the role of design (thinking) strategies and multi-stakeholder collaboration in business areas.
